Position Summary
FMC Front Desk Receptionist answers phone calls and any questions members or visitors may have. The Front desk assists with giving tours and admin responsibilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have great communication and customer service skills
Answer any questions members have, answering phone calls, assistance with admin duties
Conduct small tours around the facility for visitors
Knowledgeable to promote all FMC Natatorium services
Assists with opening or closing the facility
