Developmental Stroke and Endurance Fall Session 2
Developmental swim class that bridges the gap between learn-to-swim classes and swim team training. It is ideal for students who may consider competitive swimming, and even those who just enjoy the benefits of swimming.
The class will focus on stroke technique while improving swim endurance.
Designed for kids ages 7– 12. Recommended for children that have mastered FMC level 6 in our group swim lessons.
***Must have had previous swim lesson experience and hold basic swim skills with proper stroke technique
Requirements:
- Must be able to swim 50 yards of backstroke and freestyle.
- Must be able to swim 25 yards of breaststroke and butterfly.
