FLUID RUNNING FREE TRIAL

• Interested in signing up for Fluid Running, but you would like to "try it"  first.  Now you can for free!  Just pick a date below and show up.  All you'll need is your swimsuit, towel and water bottle.  Shoes are not allowed on deck, so we also recommend bringing a pair of flip flops.  If you decide you want to come to more classes, you'll need to purchase a punch card and a belt and tether.   
• Class takes place in deep water pool.  Must be 16 years of age or older.
• If you wish to participate in this trial, please print the following waiver and bring it signed to the front desk when you walk in.
