Lesson Policies
Please read all lesson policies carefully prior to making a purchase.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All lessons are non-refundable. We do not offer make-up lessons or allow same day rescheduling.
Group Lessons: If you need to cancel before the session start date, contact us at info@fmcnatatorium.org. If the lessons are resold, we will issue a gift card minus a $20 administrative fee. You must follow up with us after the lesson dates to confirm receipt of the gift card.
Private Lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled lesson by contacting info@fmcnatatorium.org . If the lesson is resold, we will issue a gift card minus a $10 administrative fee. You must follow up with us after the lesson date to confirm receipt of the gift card.
Age Policy
Group lessons are designed for children ages 4–11.
Lesson Time Slots
Each child may be booked for only one 30-minute time slot per day. Due to attention span, physical fatigue, and water temperature, young children should not be scheduled for longer sessions.
Payment & Pricing
A $15 annual facility fee is required per account and renews yearly.
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “unsubscribe.”
Group Lessons:
$24 per class (non-residents)
$17 per class (Westmont Park District residents)
Registration is for the full session. Summer sessions are two weeks long.
Private Lessons:
$38 per class (non-residents)
$27 per class (Westmont Park District residents)
Equipment Requirements
Swimmers with long hair must wear a swim cap.
Fins and a swim cap are required for Levels 4 and 5.
