Aqua Fitness Class Punch Pass 15 credits:

Aqua fitness classes are a mix of cardio, strength, toning, and stretching all in the water! This is a great workout and offers a twist from the traditional studio-type course. Modifications are available for those who are new, recovering from injury, or just want a slower pace. All our aqua fitness classes are offered in our training pool with a soft touch floor. Deep Water Fitness will be offered in our Training pool in lanes that are 6 ft. deep.
Our aqua fitness classes are included in our Monthly Open Lap Memberships. You may attend our aqua fitness class as a part of your membership. This will allow you to swim during our open lap swim hours and attend fitness classes for one price ($60/month for non-residents and $42/month for residents). You may still purchase a punch card if you do not wish to have a membership. Aqua Fitness 15 Credits Punch card *Punch cards expire one year from purchase

Who is a Westmont Park District Resident? Anyone living within the Westmont Park District taxing boundaries. Anyone working or operating a business within the Park District boundaries but living outside the boundaries shall not be considered a resident. You can check your residency by clicking here. If you have questions or are unsure, please give us a call at 630-537-1188. *Persons failing to indicate accurate residency status will be automatically charged the non-resident rate.

Open Lap Swim/Fitness Membership:
$60.00 Monthly
Lap swim participants should be comfortable swimming in a minimum 8ft deep water in our competition pool. Conditioning participants can enjoy the shallow waters of the training pool for swimming, walking, jogging and running to combine body conditioning with cardio. There will be no instructor, but the space is provided for participants to do their individual workouts.
You must know how to swim to purchase a monthly membership.
