All lessons are non-refundable: 
We do not offer any make-up lessons or allow rescheduling if canceling on the date of the lesson. If you need to change the date, time or cancel a lesson before the start date and at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the lesson, please contact us at info@fmcnatatorium.org. We will offer a gift card if the lessons are sold, minus a $10.00 administrative fee per class. Please follow up with us after the scheduled lesson date to confirm receipt of your gift card.

Mini Clinic Time Slots: You can reserve the time slot that Coach John has instructed you to sign up for.  These clinics are based on abilities and Coach John will tell you which day and time to register for. Each time slot is 60 minutes $28 and there are 4 swimmers in a group.  Please note, if you over purchase there are no refunds, and any changes require a $10 admin fee.  

Lesson Policy

*These lessons are for competitive swimmers.  They must be enrolled on a competitive swim team and older than the age of 10 yrs.  John will not teach younger swimmers.*

Lesson Time Slots:
You may reserve one 30-minute lesson per child on any given day for $45.  If it is your first time signing up with Coach John only sign up for a 30 min lesson. If you typically have hour-long lessons, please purchase two back-to-back time slots ($90). The length of private lessons must be approved by Coach John.  Please only purchase one private lesson per week unless approved by Coach John.  If you over purchase (60 minutes vs 30 minutes), or more than one lesson per week there are no refunds, and any changes require a $10 admin fee per lesson.
